I was flicking and they were interviewing some nobodies from Dancing on Ice, she said: "You look like you're chillin'" ... then immediately qualified the comment by saying: "Chillin', Dancing on Ice..." ... Yes Alison, we GET IT. She is beyond dense.

Plus hadn't she forgotten that it was the date her mum passed away too and she randomly threw that into the conversation...I think it's very clear she doesn't listen, her interviewing technique is her just waiting to ask the next question on her yellow sheet !

She never listens but today took it to another level. You could see Dermot visibly squirming in his seat. I think he bites his tongue a lot. Anyone else would have said what were we just talking about all morning Alison!!!

I absolutely dislike her interviews with the "stars" they are so cringey, I turn the sound off when they come on. She talks to them like she is their best friend and they probably have no idea who she is except she works on a morning TV show and she is is on work experience (or whatever it is called these days).

I was looking forward to Friday as I don't watch H and P but had to turn it off today, she was awful and I usually like them together.
 
I personally feel that is why the interviews/ promotions are 'lighter' as she is not serious and when the celebs have days of the same interview questions Alison will feel like a shake up, but her style isn't for the more serious issues etc.

She stood in for Holly for a bit when she was presenting IACGMOOH in Australia. All I remember is her shouting the whole way through it and I thought she actually seemed a bit nervous and uncomfortable! Which was surprising considering how much live tv she's done.
