I think the part she misses is that it’s ok to not love your body after having a baby. Yes it’s done an amazing job blah blah blah but it’s ok to want to lose the weight and get back in your old jeans, or be able to run as far as you used to or lift what you used to etc. You don’t have to just embrace that you’re a bit fatter now- you can do something about it!
Agree! The way she tries to distance herself from even the CONCEPT of losing weight, as if there’s something wrong with that. People can still want to change their body without it being a 2002 tabloid magazine horror story.
