Her stories about her birth plan have properly wound me up. As others have said - don’t talk about it on your stories if you don’t want people to send you stories etc. Also birth plans are the biggest pile of piss EVER. How can you plan something which is pretty much unplannable?
She is in for the biggest shock of her life with motherhood

For gods sake. She wants people to respect her boundaries but then here’s some photos of her in the bath and on the toilet. They all throw their toys out of the pram at anything less than complete adoration.

I do wonder what midwives think of people who appear with a birth plan like that. I’m not a midwife or connected to womens health in anyway but I’d absolutely roll my eyes if someone turned up to my NHS ward with all those pastel themed instructions.

I feel sorry for the midwife looking after her. Fair enough maybe having an idea of what you would like but hers is in so much detail that she will be disappointed if it goes wrong

I work in the operating theatre and so many times we get women come rushing in for an emergency c section and they are in tears as “it’s not in their birthing plan”
Now ALL birthing plans should include an emergency section if yours or baby’s life is in danger, how is that not anybodys plan?
My birthing plan was simply “get baby out safely” the end

You just know as well that her birthing plan will include something like ‘burn soothing lavender’ she’ll try and quickly “style” the labour ward with some fake ivy
