Got to give her her due. She looks lovely tonight x
To be fair to her, she is nowhere near as bad as half of the SWers, she does the odd ad but not that many and openly admitted it was because she needed money as she’s on maternity. I’m glad she’s finally had a baby and she looks amazing! I just wish she wouldn’t obsess so much over being an 8
Yeah but it must be hard when you've been so big and worked so hard to get down to an 8 x
Yeah agreed xxNot saying it isnt hard, it just isnt healthy. Her relationship with food hasnt been fixed at all. So she'll always be like it
I know! Jesus Christ, get over it!Bludy chocolate!
Bet she wouldn't feed that to her sonThe idea of eating that yoghurt actually makes me feel sick. A month out of date
I kid you not, one time I heard someone in slimming world (not the consultant) discourage people from moisturizing their skin/applying sun cream because the ‘oils in the creams sink down into your veins and turn into fat’. I was speechless. The consultant wasn’t sure what to say she probably rang the helpline asking for the syns in Nivea after group. But yet most people who attend SW drink alcohol by the bottle every night and say ‘syns don’t count if they’re liquid’. If I need a strepsil, I’m having one.

There is no denying she has done amazingly well. I think she’s probably petrified of putting the weight back on - I am willing to bet she spends a significant amount of her day thinking about food, whether that’s planning, buying, preparing, thinking, counting, posting…sad when you think about it.
I do feel bad for her!
She's lost weird but the psychological side of it is still there.
This is where I think people should get a kind of therapy to help their relationship with food.
