I don’t know anything about the law in England but we know all child deaths are investigated. If Jaxon’s dad’s name is on the birth certificate (and I’m not expecting you to comment on that) then surely he can speak to a Solicitor to make sure his interests are represented in the investigation(s).

The fact he was paying maintenance for Jaxon hopefully means he is ‘confirmed’ as J’s dad so he has a right to be heard. I’m afraid I don’t see what he has to lose - he’s been through such terrible heartache, what can be worse than that? He doesn’t have to announce on social media what he’s doing, I think (and it’s very, very easy for me to say this) he has to try and find the strength to fight and to be Jaxon’s voice.

She obviously knows who you are and I’m sure is reading every word you write. If she was going to have a pile on, maybe she would have done it by now?

ETA - just seen your other post @mrslh. I’m glad Jaxon’s Dad is speaking up for him.

Long time lurker here. Found out about this woman after having a discussion with friends about the privacy of sick people online in regards to what Gwen Hartley (the infamous @gwennieh) was doing to her two kids their whole lives.

I'm not just disappointed in the absolute state of mommy bloggers on social media after learning about Kaytee's antics but I'm thoroughly and utterly repulsed. Making merch 3 months after your child dies so you can fund your lavish lifestyle? That is beyond the beyonds and not even something Gwen would do and she's the most exploitative e-mom of all time. Now I'm reading that she made tiktoks of her deceased son in a chapel for an ad for her brand? God help us. There should be stricter laws about what can be posted online about the sick and deceased and what their "memory" can be used to promote. I'm disgusted

those are the main ones you should report this too as the more people who do it the better because the issue we have is them thinking it’s just a bitter father due to her always telling hospital he was not involved and was not allowed to get information on jaxon .

we have spoke with jaxons care support team
jaxons school

we have been so busy and now I have COVID I cant Leave the house but the others are doing they’re best . I will say one thing I’m not blaming kaytee for his death but I do feel she contributed to the issues he had in the end that caused his death so it’s really important that as much evidence gets given to the right people and report you can do this anonymously x

Sorry not to derail ! But yes the Hartley’s, I got suckered in and then realised how messed up the whole thing was !

she knows who I am that’s why she is so silent because we finally took action . Nothing I say will effect it . I’m not disclosing much . I’m just thankful for these threads because we would never have known the extent . She always said every change was from a doctor but she never once mentioned she stopped medications Or changed them herself . Jaxons father never needed all the equipment that kaytee did jaxon sleep through the night waking up occasionally like any other toddler does . He had medications but everything kaytee cried about was not true he certainly did not need carers otherwise his dad would have them . his father had him for two weeks at a time with no help no issues and the vomits was nothing like she says .

Repulsive parents. It's a travesty how those girls were treated. The endless blog posts about bodily functions and how she literally had "dwarf wrangler" in her bio because she had kids with dwarfism. I can't believe someone could be so crass and disrespectful of their own kids. I guess it's common enough to behave like this though! I can name a ton of mommy bloggers like this and it's all so pathetic

I don't know Katyee in person but I just dislike her for all what she did to poor J , his father and rest of the family who loved this sweet little boy.
She is selfish and egoistic, never deserved to be a mother🤬
I hope investigation will go well and J father will get the justice his son deserves.
I'm not saying she kill him- but yes she did neglected him and she should be punished for it.

Thing is, it was easy to buy into to her "poor me I am a single mum with a SEN child and I have no help at all and life is so hard" crap before. I know I did. I only opened up my eyes a few months ago just before J passed. I think now its harder for her to maintain followers cos she's not giving out anything really beleivable. I mean even die hard minions must be thinking the whole shop thing is mad. People must be opening their eyes to the real Kaytee, at least I hope they are
