Have they have been living beyond their means the last few years, keeping up with the instagram Jones lots of holidays, fancy trips, lots of designer clothes etc

Wow, the state of the house is surprising. When she was waiting for that house she was as giving it all “the build” this and “the build” that as if it was a self build on her own chosen plot of land. I did notice the fixtures and fittings were cheap.
