There's no laws against that, as it's perfectly legal as the landowners don't own the airspace above, and providing there are no restrictions shown on Drone Assist, it's fine... however, there is something to be said for, just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you should do it - with him getting lots of negative comments for doing so. He's probably wound up a lot of people at Merlin in the process too...

Ooh I've missed that one. Whys he done it? Trying to get a first look at any new themeing I'm guessing.

Exactly this. I mean obviously it's top down so doesn't give you the full impression and it's still work in progress.... but yes, was quite misjudged looking by the overall feedback on Twitter especially....

I don't understand that Dubai Desert Safari experience. What did they actually do of any note?

They got into a car, drove to a service station, got out to watch random people ride around on quad bikes, got back into the car, drove around the desert, got out to slide down a dune for 5 seconds & watch other cars driving, drove to a shop, Shawn rode a camel alone for a few hundred feet, watched the sunset as part of a paid experience, then finished with two tacky shows.

It sounds like a poor corporate away day on The Apprentice fgs 😂
