I don’t think so she worked as a career the ones that go round to people houses, got pregnant when she was 19 or 20 and went on mat leave quite early from what I remember so she can’t have been working for very long as don’t you have to stay on at school until your 18 now anyway so 1 or 2 years max?

Yeah I remember that, she went on maternity really early because she was ‘so poorly’ 😴

It’s coz from about 8 months she kept saying how advanced he was and would be walking any day now so probably feeling a bit silly now that 5 months or so on his still not and so now she’s desperate to make him!

Is it not the law that they have to wear one? We took a boat out for a day on the broads and they gave the kids life vests and they insisted they had to wear them, not they I wouldn’t make them anyway, water and children terrify me especially the Thames I hate it when they want to look over the edge even when we’re walking along it even now they’re older and can swim but a baby would have no chance! Makes me feel sick thinking about it!
