I’d be concerned that she wasn’t getting her basic jobs done on time and needed to work over the weekend - stop fannying about doing podcasts, lists and highlighting bibles and manage your time better

I’m also cofused to why she keeps posting about having the kids on zoom calls with her... her husband is a stay at home dad ffs. If I was her boss, as understanding as I’d be for a one off that would really grate on me

I have found that the people who go on about being busy are usually the least productive! She was probably sat in the corner checking her Facebook trying to look important

also she’s 31? So that would’ve made her 21 when she started working in recruitment. She claims to have worked in travel prior to this too?

she is also claiming she did a BA for a year 
what BA courses do you know that take a year? She’s a blagger and not a good one at that - she’s sewwwwwww busy but I guarantee most of her day is taking photos of herself, eating and making ads with her kids - watch an ad now pop up with Jason and Isabella in the office

If her first role was in a BPO it takes absolutely no skills or qualifications to hire for them, I have worked in a couple as HR and the absolute incompetence you have to deal with in the people that are hired is unreal, it is all about getting bums on seats, doesn’t matter what the candidate is like!! In one previous company because the margins are so tight they didn’t even hire qualified people for the role, they “promoted within” which meant that recruitment team were originally hired to do something else and had absolutely no idea what they were doing!View attachment 462728 q
Why does she go on like she’s such a bad witch when she basically is a low level recruitment advisor, internally as well?
Lasting somewhere less than 2 years as perm isn’t something to shout home about

This is the woman who admitted the other day she didn’t know it was coming up to March. She had a deadline for Monday and she hadn’t done the work. Jess, just because you cram in a weeks worth of work in one night doesn’t mean you work hard. It means you’re a lazy, disorganised blagger.

She didn't finish school properly, no degree, fell into hr like a lot of unqualified school leavers. Blagged her way through hr posts and still languishing there. Guaranteed if she was making good money she wouldn't be working from a shed or not have a cleaner. Also her poor education is evident in her appalling grammar and spelling, her time management is shocking and she spends most of her day 'working' filming ads with the kids ( they're always shot during the day with kids around) whilst pretending she's doing hr.
The only offence I take at this is that I work in HR
