This isn’t so much weird but I keep seeing this guy called Araf who lives in china, seems to be home in the uk right now, how do I say this without sounding awful, he speaks in a really odd way, it crosses my mind every time I see him. Pleasant and harmless lad from what i see but his speech is off

I think he's originally from the middle east or somewhere but came over here (to the NE of England) when he was young, which explains his strange accent. He's a teacher in China.

I quite like him actually. It was interesting to see how severe the rules were in China during Covid.

Ok it’s not the weirdest thing but I don’t think it fits in any other threads, is anyone else getting loads of the American adult Disney pin and blind bag/box collectors who must be spending thousands on it all? Like absolutely if you enjoy it and have the money go for it, I know I shouldn’t judge but I’m just staggered.
