Am I the only one who doesn’t think Amanda is playing a great game?
Ooooohhh! Please elaborate! 😁

Do you think that she's simply just been lucky and hasn't actually engineered her own good fortune? Has she not been vocal enough? Do you perhaps think that her strategy is too simplistic and she isn't clever enough to outwit Wilf? I'm curious! 🤔

Yes! I think she’s played a simple game of trying to be a gray man. I don’t think she can’t outwit Wilf as I think he’s slipped up too many times. But, I don’t think she’s played the round table well overall. Her reactions when a faithful is banished are shocking. Also, last night she became a lot more vocal which was out of character, almost like she was nervous. I think a few of them might start thinking about her now, especially when the exhaustion kicks in. I don’t think they’ve strategically picked the right people to murder too.

I think Wilf has bought himself a bit of time, but they will surely circle back to him!

I just don’t think it’s occurred to them that he was likely to be murdered last week so flung Alyssa into the mix. They’ve not questioned him as to why he did that.

Maddy going on about Aaron crying at Wilf probably did that because I think she’s annoying them all so much they have discredited what she says.

I agree. The dramatic shifts and rethinking can be confusing. Most of what they do doesn't make any sense at all. So much chaos and straw clutching!

That's exactly why it's so funny that Maddy isn't taken seriously though. She's turned herself into the girl who cried wolf but she had the right idea in saying that Alyssa being a traitor didn't necessarily get Wilf off the hook!
To be fair to Maddy she’s got the closest of any of them so far! Her problem is she’s like a dog with a bone and instead of taking a step back and giving people time to think about what she’s said she’s staring to sound like a broken record and it’s getting peoples backs up.

Yes. She's been very random and can't usually back herself up though - her theories don't usually make sense!

Even if she dropped Wilf's name and just said "look, I can't put my finger on why exactly but I just don't trust him and find him shifty...there's just something about him", then people would be more inclined to listen to her.

It’d help if she kept voting for him too. Like if she’d have voted for him last night then people might think “Maddys convinced it’s Wilf there might be something in it”. Now she’s voted for Meryl even though it was always Wilf and Aaron she thought were traitors.

What I really don’t get is last week it was 50/50 Wilf and Alyssa. Alyssa obviously went but why in one day do all those that voted Wilf change their mind. I know Alyssa going and getting a traitor out threw them a bit but surely one out of the 4/5 Will still think it could be Wilf.
I expect they didn't believe that a traitor would kick another traitor out so concluded that Wilf was a faithful who happened to kick out a traitor.

With Maddy it’s the ‘if it’s Wilf then it’s definitely Aaron!’ which makes 0 sense. i think the others don’t think Aaron at all so it stops them from thinking Wilf too cos she’s pushing it as the both. If she just focused on Wilf and found a good reason for it then people would probs listen to her more
Agreed. Amanda needs to nip that in the bud because she needs her biggest ally, Aaron, to be there when/if she comes under fire herself.

Did I imagine it or does Meryl tell the group that Maddy is an actor?

I think it’ll start getting a bit nasty next week and we’ll see them all get a bit more of the “real”. They must be long days and like one of them said on the journey back (might have been Wilf) the tasks are probably going to start getting more physical or maybe even more conflicting. Aside from John, they’ve all been pretty pleasant so far (if not a bit annoying).

Yes. They're over halfway through now and have so much more to go on, with grievances building and doubts nagging. Not much 'friendship' going on any more...definitely dog eat dog!

Wilf did say that the games might get more physical but I suspect that they'll be more psychologically challenging, to ramp up the mental pressure. I really hope that the next game involves guessing secrets about eachother, putting names to facts about the contestants and what they've done/said etc.

As much as I like Aaron and don't like wilf I'd love to see maddys face when aaron reveals he's faithful, especially if wilf goes first and she thinks she's got the theory right

I know if wilf goes she's going to try her best to rally everyone up to choose aaron next

I get like this. I don’t really want someone to go but when people are being so certain they know who is a traitor (even though they aren’t) I hope they get banished just to prove them wrong 😂 it’s so satisfying. Imran was the best one for me so far- some of them were so cocky!

if they get wilf right she's going to be unbearable hahaha only to be swiftly humbled when aaron reveals he's faithful I hope

I think she’ll go before Wilf and Aaron because I think they’re all sick of her pointing fingers. They’ll all start to realise she could say them next. That’s unless Wilf screws up the murder in plain sight.

I have a funny feeling Wilf could actually win.

I might be confused, but didn’t Tom get a shield or some sort of save in the episode he got evicted so he is coming back? At least that’s what I thought but it hasn’t happened yet.
