There’s going to be a spin-off show for this next (UK) series, hosted by Ed Gamble, chatting to banished and murdered players. We'll also see how they react when they're shown who the traitors are.

Was just about to say “I hope it’s not like the Big Brother spin offs with Z list celebs spouting their opinions nobody cares about” but then read the article 😔

Definitely agree on this. I really hope they can capture the magic of the first series again. Thankfully we'll still have Claudia and her jumpers, I just hope they manage to cast such a perfect group.

I am as well but then again, I thought Season 2 of the Australian version held up well.

I’ve seen most of it! I’m still going to rewatch it when it comes out for the details! I worked on it and from what I’ve seen it is as good as the first series, quite different in lots of ways but as I said not in casting. I can’t say anymore but I can’t wait to read along this thread and see all the reactions!

I started reading but had to stop and just going to start watching on Wednesday as I was already started to criticise and think “they’re not as good as last years contestants” but haven’t even seen them on screen yet!

I think they must have had to change a few things eg who walks in last to breakfast. Yes it was good jeopardy for the viewer to wonder who was murdered, but contestants will now know whoever comes in last was also in danger which may sway their voting.
Things I hope for - the traitors are told to do more sabotage in the trials and have secret tasks.
That there is a secret traitor not even known to the viewers. We are told there is one but that is all. See if we would be any good at spotting one.

But whatever happens I hope it will be really good again. The first series was a cracker. Even though I'm still sore at Kieran basically telling everyone Wilf was a traitor - it was too easy and it seemed to go against the entire rest of the series imo. I'll get over it 😂
