Not to be overly dramatic but I don't think I'll ever recover from that episode

Devastated about Amanda but ngl, I am here for Wilf being a brilliant game player - so much more entertaining than doing what Alex did and piously turning down being a traitor. We need the snakes!

Claudia in her fingerless red leather gloves comforting a weeping Wilf in his traitor cape is the campest thing ever and I love it. I can't imagine any other presenter getting this involved and relishing their role so much

Definitely the best episode of the series so far.

Maybe more went on with Amanda than we saw as the round table didn't really give any clear vibe until the very end.

I think Kieran will turn and probably be good as traitor - hard to see how Wilf will be caught out at this point unfortunately

Although it would mean waiting a tiny bit longer for the next series, I hope they broadcast it in January next time - watching this the week before Christmas is just too much for my nerves.

It's would be perfect January viewing to distract from the post-christmas gloom
Would it clash with The Apprentice though?

I say this as someone who was obsessed with the show from the very first episode in 2005 until the 2016 series - it is time for The Apprentice to go away (and has been for a long time).

It’s the same with lots of shows that started at the same time:

IACGMOH
X factor
BGT
ant & Decs SNT
Strictly

They’ve followed the same format for soooo long what was amazing has now become inevitable and a bit boring really. They either need to mix it up or shelve it.

As much as a want the human Labrador puppy that is Aaron to triumph for being just so adorable that really isn’t the point of it I suppose. I don’t like him but got to admit that Will/Wilf/ Mr Canary shorts has played the game well. The only one that seems to have used any tactics at all.

I still reckon Wilf should've picked Aaron to join him as a traitor, knowing full well that Aaron would probably be banished the next day. At this point in the game I think Wilf needs a sacrificial lamb more than he needs an accomplice (and the risk of double-crossing that comes with that).

Aaron & Wilf could've murdered Kieran, then after Aaron was banished (as a Traitor!), Wilf would've been left with his own clique plus Andrea who'd be in a weakened position as a slight outsider. Wilf could manipulate any of them into voting for whoever he wants, except for Kieran, who is a stronger competitor.
