I cannot say for certain what they are actually writing off....however, in August 2022, their home was re-zoned for business....365 sq feet worth of 3441 total sq ft. Of which, 142 sq ft is the downstairs clusterfuck of an office and 223 sq ft is an upstairs "home studio" which is actually Da Baby's room...but either way, the home studio now doubles as a guest room and judging by the disaster that was in that room according to that last vlog, the room was never used solely for business purposes, unless their business is storing a bunch of tit.

My point being--223 sq ft being the majority of the business space and now we have all seen for certain, that room is not used solely for business purposes.

This was also the official document that showed who we believed was Lyn to be their 1 employee who works at the residence that does not live there. (All of this is from the public record re-zone filing)

He is a total DB, let's just say I had a recent encounter with him. I have the screenshots but I'm not going to share because I would dox myself. For someone who claims to be a huge Christian and all Mr "mental health" he is such a fraud!!

Not only are they not using the space properly, there is video proof that they are not using the space properly….

You’re also not supposed to put household help under your LLC as employees.
 
They blur the lines a lot. Treating a hired nanny as chauffeur, cook (likely), co-parent, bag holder and whatever else they demand of them. The rooms and how they are reported for tax purposes. Their inability to clearly define work trips vs vacations. They just do whatever they want when they feel like it. Would love to see what happens if they’d be audited and how they’d try to bullshit their way out of it. Can they even find 2024’s shoebox of receipts? Probably buried under food wrappers in Gin’s office.
 
In my state, writing off part of your house as a home office is considered an automatic audit. It’s not if you’ll be audited, it’s when. To the point that most accountants will advise you to not even bother.

I don’t want to say what they are doing since we have no proof. But I am guessing part of the reason their finances don’t make sense from the outside is because they are aggressively lowering their tax payments by running so much through the LLC.
 
I am trying to muddle through the latest vid with Tim at Disneyland but I am getting frustrated. It starts off with a shitload of awkward character interactions at Storyteller's Cafe. Tim gets to hug several of them so I assume he got pretty bonered up. Now he's wandering through the park and he constantly needs to point out differences between DL and back home at MK. Ugh, just like every single freaking DL vid he does. Everyone knows there are differences. He tries to be such a know-it-all all the time.

Oh, and pretty much the only reason I started this was to see who the "friends" were referenced in the title. Oh, it's just Adam. That seems misleading. But I guess "Fun with Friend" would be awkward?

They are so annoying together I can’t watch any more.

And off topic, but I am in a pretty good mood my transfer got approved today so I am going to moving like four hours closer to my family and leaving this ridiculous town I'm currently in. It will be nice to actually drink tap water again if I want to.

I guess it could be Mike. I've always had the mindset of---Mike owns and operates a company (SocialMan) that does branding/website/social media content type stuff. I mean, it's possible he works as a TTT employee AND also owns this company. I've always thought of it as Tim is a client of Mike's, aside from their obvious friendship. The way it comes across on SocialMan's website is TheTimTracker is a client. Tim pays SocialMan to run the website/whatever like whoever else pays Mike to do the same for them. By that rationale, I personally wouldn't consider Mike an employee, I would consider Tim, Mike's client. So I guess does Mike work for Tim or does Mike do work for Tim? I think there's a difference. Maybe there isn't.

But tit is shady as duck with these folks, so who the hell knows.

Thanks been waiting to hear back for a bit. I'm very excited about it for a lot of reasons. I really like the company I'm with but the office I'm at right now is really in one of the worst parts of the state and it's just so far away from everything. Jenn and Dim would not be able to tolerate the fact that the closest theme park is five hours away.
