That’s a tonstil stone. I pointed one out the other day the came flying out of his mouth on the pier on LHP. Dude’s breath must stink if they are coming out that frequently. I’ve gotten them in the past, especially if I’m having bad post nasal drip. They are from bacteria/debris getting trapped in the little creases in your tonsils. Some people are more susceptible to them, but he needs to increase his dental hygiene because they smell horrible. A good dental rinse should help him out, Jenn… go buy him some.

I think the most attention he got is when Jenn took him outside, but she then started talking about the Flintstones cars. Maybe she was eyeballing one for her next purchase when the golf cart has lots some of its novelty factor. I can see her driving one of those.

It's pretty hard to not realise you have them. For one, they smell like hell. Secondly, they can give you a lot of soreness in your throat and tonsils as they cause inflammation if they become jammed up in there. Also, you can tend to see them hanging out on your tonsils if you take a look in a mirror and shine a flashlight on there. All he needs to do is floss more and take better care of his teeth. Unsurprisingly, diet can also be a factor into how often you get them. Either way, they stink like tit, so now we know Tim's breath probably smells like a diaper. (This is not me shaming anyone with them if you're trying to do something about it, I had them for years so know the pain of dealing with the little suckers!)

I honestly didn’t even realize he was there until Tim said Jenn was someplace else with Jackson and Oliver. It’s always about The Buddy and no one else.

I think they are hoping these things will catch on like Morrow’s RSVLT shirts that are all over the parks. It must burn them when he shows the people he constantly runs into wearing them.
