In my experience you don't learn a foreign language until sophomore year in high school, unless you test into it. I didn't start taking French until then.

My son was in a private Catholic school and they took Spanish, then when we moved he picked up French this year in 6th grade and he wants to continue through graduation. My mom taught him some before she died, and he wanted to keep it up. We'll see how it goes.

Tim and Jen have zero intellectual curiosity. It's sad.

I couldn’t imagine being mad/angry at my miracle child for not crawling the right way to win a medal on a Disney cruise ship 😂 damn clout-chasers

What would be better is if Oliver takes his first steps during the diaper dash… you will never again see a mother so pissed her baby is walking

I don't like that they stayed at SOG, but contacting the Pentagon seems a bit much. Given the state of the world right now, the Pentagon has bigger things to worry about than some grifters staying at a hotel that they shouldn't be staying at.

Your brain hard wires for your native language at puberty. If you learn a 2nd language before that, your brain wires to learn new languages easier.
Same principle applies to accents. If you move somewhere before puberty with a different accent - you will lose your native one.
 
I’d like to be proven wrong, but unfortunately, I don’t see them getting backlash from a lot of Stan’s for staying at SOG. Maybe a few who are in the military or have family that is but the Tracker fan base is rabid. They defend them being homophobic and racist and defend their crappy parenting, gluttony and utter laziness. I’m sure we will see the Stan’s defend them saying “who cares?” “It’s not a big deal” “SOG let them stay there so it’s obviously not a problem.”
I’m not defending them and don’t agree that they should have stayed there. Just pointing out the there likely will be no consequences of this for them.

I learned basic Spanish from Sesame Street back in the day and now it's very common to have signs and announcements and ads on TV in English and Spanish. But these two marinate in their own ignorance.
 
I hear Disney is strict about SOG. If the Trackers did stay, they did so by taking advantage of a loophole. Typically, Disney does not like this being done, but definitely doesn’t like when people put it out for the masses. I’d be interested to see if they let this go, especially if a bunch of people who DO deserve to stay there and can’t pipe up…

I get controversy brings in the views…I wonder if they worry when this tactic will tilt the scale and become a point of no return.

yes, I think this could be a big hit against them. Their audience is conservative and “support our troops” and will not see taking advantage of the military in this a good light especially so close to Veterans Day.
