I'm wondering if it's Kayleigh Baldwin?, another one that's exploits her kids and is on a rampage sticking up for other Vloggers who get slagged off on line (tattle).

She has stuck up for the Sullivan's a few times, and she likes to use the clown emoji, and Frankie does sound like her way of talking.
