Can't bare Dawn. She seems to be the common denominator in all the falling outs . She looks so bleeping miserable all the time! I'm not a fan of Lellani but I do think Dawn's comments about her wrinkles and such were out of order. Good for Lellani for not having had any work done to her face 👍
I'm intrigued to see next week's ep to see what the argument between Dawn and Rachel is about .

Leanne lent Dawn £500,000 6 years ago as Dawn asked for the cash, they agreed, but with interest payable after six months. Dawn never paid the money back and has no intention of paying it back as she said it was a gift. Never heard of the outcome.
Just had a look at Dawn's conpany accounts the 3 businesses she's a director in are doing very badly. I know they've been trying to sell Warford Hall but its priced too high with lack of interest.

Didn’t they try and put out Warford hall as a wedding type venue a few years ago and the locals shut it down before it got off the ground? Sure i read about it?

dawn also got in trouble for hitting sinitta 😂 she claimed she’d only threw a napkin at her

Yes i think you're right, i know she stages the Creme de la creme Ball so wouldn't put it past her to go into the wedding business.
She also got into a spat at a charity do as she called the host a rude word and was escorted off the premises. She sure has a bad reputation, clearly can't control her drink.
Dawn was found guilty of the Sinitta assault (although it wasn't as bad as Sinitta made it out to be) and had to keep the peace for 3 months - that's hard for Dawn to do.
 
What about Skulpt her Beauty business she set up in her back yard. The GC and Rachel Lugo are on their page having treatment and think poor Ash gets a few treaments as well. See Rachel has a new man according to her IG.

Seems did try a bit on the last episode by being a but if a cow to Lilani.
Then going off on one as she said that she sits on the fence .. only to admit she sits on the fence!
You could see the folk around her nodding and being sympathetic but thinking ??
