In season 8, Ashley's parents had just moved into a flat at Warford Hall and they are still there in season 9. Did they hoy them out during the pandemic? Ashley's dad was 87 so must be 90 now. I know that his mum is now in a care home but fancy letting the old boy go back and live on his own.

There was a really horrible bit where Dawn is cooking and the girls are grating cheese. Ashley's mum is offered some and puts it straight into her coffee. I felt that was a bit weird to leave that bit in.

I think they had they move in for the show. I don't think she'd treat her parents the same.

It’s awful, it’s not even like they are together, it’s well been Dawn’s idea to leave them behind, but then again Ashley has gone along with it.

When lockdown came, Dawn couldn’t get Ashley’s parents out of WH quick enough… she moved her ‘clinic’ manager & her kid in instead

I know, you would of expected him to do that, but can you imagine him trying to put up an argument with controlling Dawn. He would lose every time. Off topic a bit, but I always wondered if he cheated on Dawn.

He could leave. I think they are as bad as each other, although not many people can come off as bad as Dawn. In fairness, he probably loves her, they seem commited, even with the rumours

She makes me laugh, trying to promote what you can achieve with hard work, but she just goes down the surgery route. She’s just a hypocrite.
