Yes, Tattle was down for about 25 minutes for me.

Regarding Mauricio's new show ... it likely won't feature Kyle as she'll no doubt have a strict clause about no crossover appearances on other network shows. Ditto in the case of Mauricio appearing on RHoBH ... unless they somehow manage to get special permission, but I doubt that would ever be granted.

I was reminded of some issues The Agency has had for a while. For a young company, they have had a heck of a lot of turnover and lost many of their best people a while back due to some sort of change they made when it came to bonus structure. I was just reading the reviews on Glassdoor and it does not sound like a happy place to work! Actually, it sounds pretty much like how I imagine it to be. No thanks.

I'm here!! Was on holidays and I've found the RH shows boring lately so not as much to say. Thanks for thinking of me 🤗 means a lot

I'm struggling with BH as well. I'm super excited to catch up on the second season of girls trip!!! Please god let it be good... RH has been letting us down for the last few seasons we need a good season!!!
 
You guys should power through BH, from what they've shown, the Sutton vs Diana start next week. And since I find them both unlikable, I'm gonna enjoy it GREATLY.

Sutton and Erika getting along on a the boat was weird.
And I still feel extremely uneasy about how in the episode before this one Sutton made Crystal repeat word for word the sentence she wanted to hear. It was weird, rude and unhinged. Classic Sutton.

I've noticed a lot of trust fund kids in California, going into real estate, originally start working at Mauricio's agency. It's odd, I feel like theres something fishy with his agency. I won't be surprised if it gets into some serious legal trouble in the future.

Wasn't there some thing where he sold a house, didn't disclose to the buyer he had bought it himself, and then almost immediately sold it for a big profit? I think a lot of real estate agencies are probably pretty dodgy tbh. If so though I am surprised he would put himself on TV, I think the Erika situation probably wouldn't have come to light unless she was flaunting her wealth for all their victims to see

I saw that on the news but I'm guessing it wasn't brought up on the show bc nobody wanted to cross Kyle

I'm watch UGT and the scene where they talk about Dorinda's "pause" is hilarious

The only reason Erika was getting on with Sutton was she was on medication and was drunk!!!!

There is a great podcast called the bravo docket run by two attorneys and they did an episode on The Agency. Definitely a high turnover in staff working there and some shady business for sure!

edit: they break down that case on that house you guys are talking about, very interesting!
 
Mauricio sold the house of the son of the president of Equatorial guinea after it was seized by the US government because the house was bought with stolen money.

The same property was then sold to another person for 32 Million USD. However, Mauricio never told the seller that they received higher offers. Also, he never told the seller that the buyer was his partner and himself.

Mauricio sold the exact same house a year later for 69.9 million. He made a profit of 37 million within 12 months.

The son of the president of Equatorial Guinea sued him for breaching his duties as realtor. Another realtor sued him as well because his own client put an offer on the house for 40 million but Mauricio never told the seller about it so he could buy the house himself with his partner.

The agency is shady as hell!

Thirdly I just love how Phaedra says Lesbian and her one liners. Brandi is a train wreck and seems to be miserable underneath it all would love to see her back on bh, Vicky still has Covid sinus infection my arse. I thought Eva was boring on Atlanta but I like her on this.

Seeing as Taylor has moved to Orange County, bring her and Tamara back to the OC!!

I'm liking Eva too, she brought nothing to atlanta but maybe that's because there were too many other "bigger" stars when she was on it.

Yes definitely although I don't think they'd have tamra because of the podcast she does but yes to Taylor!
