I had the same issue where I initially couldn’t get into NY but then I learned NY is one of those shows u watch after you’ve scene another housewives show. It can be a lot for a new watcher so it’s best to use another show to ease u into the NY drama.
 
I’ve found my people- I loved the original NY (series 8 with Jules being the standout for me), but loathed Romona and Heather. Andy is ruining things with the reboots.

This probably says a lot about my taste in men, but does Apollo do it for anyone else, especially when he loses his cool? I never understood what he saw in Phaedra apart from her money. I seem to remember him saying he was put in solitary confinement for a long period when he was in prison the first time?

Special mention has to be given to Miami, Washington DC and the early years of New Jersey.

yes i had never watched it and im so glad i watched it all from the beginning. I really enjoyed it, but beware Ramona should cone with a rage warning, as she was so bloody annoying! 😂
Havent watched any of the new series not sure if i fancy it.

I've never watched OC. I just find going back to the very start so daunting and overwhelming 😂

Is it worth the watch?
 
Second time trying to get into NY… on season 7 does. It get good?

Also other ones I’ve never seen are Atlanta and OC.

Should I start both from the beginning? My friend said OC from season 5???

Apollo was known for being handsome, so your not alone lol. Apollo saw money in Phaedra, like you said. Apollo knew he couldn't make a lot of money bc he's a convicted felon. Phaedra is a lawyer who was boasting about celebrity clientele and she was a pastors daughter, so Apollo knew he could financially leech off of her. and she was obsessed with him, remember when he said she stayed on an air mattress with him at one of his friends living room after getting out of jail. I don't know about you guys but I would never do that for a guy.

Also remember when Kandi, Todd and someone else (I think Patricia) said Phaedra most likely helped Apollo with the scheme that got him arrested when he was on the show. They said Apollo wasn't smart enough but Phaedra was. I 100% believe that

I liked Sai in the beginning but her and Erin really irk me. Why are they so invested in Jessal and Pavit's sex life? She is one of those people that no matter what you share with them they have had it worse, there situation is worse, their story is worse ..Jessal was trying to find common ground and Sai caused an earthquake.

I also think Erin and Sai for all their commenting on Jessal's marriage should pay attention to the RH marriage curse, Ramona never stopped talking about Mario and Mau was in every else season and looked what happened there 😂

I missed the sleeping on the airbed for him…. I wonder how they both even got into contact with each other, as I doubt they had the same social circles and she’s several years older than him too. I can’t stand Phaedra- it’s always the religious ones who are the worst. They always use it as a cover.
 
RHOSLC: I'm sorry but Whitney is more to blame about the rumwors than Meredith. She's the one who got Monica to bring them up explicitly on camera, she's the one that kept bringing it up. There's so many rumwors on everyone, how would she know which one Meredith was referring to ?
Why is Shawn crying... bestie if you had to deal with this rumour for 30 years, Electra would hear about it regardless

It's very clear that Sai just sees Jessel as a weak link in the group and is taking this as an opportunity to bully her and get the other girls on her side. It's so childish and high school. Literally whatever Jessel does Sai has an issue with, if she tries to relate to her too much then that's not good enough, if she's not relatable then she's stuck up. So far (because things can change on a dime in Housewive's land) Jessel seems like a genuinely nice person and wants them to get along and be friends but she needs to understand she can't win with Sai. The pulling apart of her marriage and sex life is completely over the top and based on absolutely nothing especially the lack of empathy about how difficult it must be for them to have any sort of private life having just had twins.

Hopefully now the other housewives have watched it and they see how this is playing out to the public they will back Jessel.

Oh Whitney is such a stirrer. Meredith is getting on my nerves a wee bit this series but Whitney is defo more to blame re rumours. Monica is okay but Queen Lisa all the way for me as per!
 
LADIEEEES, Gizelle is gonna have a field day. I really hope this isn't true, Chris gets on my nerves and so does Candiace, but yikes...
