The bracelet was a hidden link so the price was different for everyone. It could of been for a fake bag or runners, the link is a bracelet but there are codes you select and you'll get the bag or runners. They do this so they can sell fakes through Aliexpress without being detected. Instead of everyone getting their item they got the bracelet.

At this point, I think we all know we're not getting a refund. It was a new seller and seems to have been a scam by the looks of it. I didn't lose out on much but there's loads who spent a hundreds for Christmas and now they're out of the money and the items. It's really disgraceful how they're handling it. Tara still sharing loads of af links and sellers link every single day, ignoring the fact so many are out of pocket. Its such bad taste.

No I know how the hidden links work I ordered once or twice. I never realised the price was different for people.

There was multiple links for different items but they were all the bracelet. Some prices varied and some people ordered multiple items so that's why everyone would be out different amounts.
 
Not sure how she thinks she will be OK with the revenue. Promotion or selling of counterfeit products is a crime. Plenty of screenshots and her fb page linked to that hidden closet. She has upset a lot of people close to Christmas so karma

Firstly I would like to apologise to people who feel that this was handled badly. Most of you have been in the group a long time and know that this was the first time this ever happened.

Myself and Linzy have not been ignoring the issue we have been chasing the seller to the extend I have texted him in Chinese and even rang him. The call was not successful and given the length of time passed we have had to look at other alternatives for people to get there money.

I appreciate that ye followed the instructions as given to you which were the instructions given to us by the seller and refunds were promised

I have also been effected by this and down €200 I understand some of you are down a lot and with Christmas around the corner the timing is woeful.

The next steps are to get people back there money.

I have done a charge back with my bank and I have been granted one so far. You need to provided evidence that you tried to contact the seller ( your messge on Ali) and also show evidence the seller confirmed the refund. I have attached a copy of the text confirming this.

Again I am sincerely sorry for those who have been stressed out about the suitation or feel there feelings about it have gone ignored. They have not. We were giving the seller the time frame he had said to use and doing our best to keep the lines of communication with the seller opened.

Before the big “sale” I had bought products from the seller and recieved them so we had no reason to believe the seller would not refund as promised.

I cannot tag at everyone for some reason so I will bump this post up a lot to get seen also you can tag people you feel need the information but may not see this post.

Confirming what we all knew. At least they finally held their hands up but its a little too late. Having to go through your bank now to maybe try get a refund. If we hadn't confirmed the order, the seller wouldn't of got his money. Clearly knew what he was at. Very badly handled, I will be leaving the group and unfollowing Lyndsey on Insta. Absolute disgrace the whole thing.
