You could always tell she really didnt want to be a nurse. I have an old uni friend who re trained as a nurse when her child became severely ill with cancer. She wanted to be able to help people, like they had helped her.

No way quit, she won’t be able to afford to fly to see gf without the staff travel. You get so much time off part time, nice job if you can live on 10k pa supplemented by aff links. Going take a long time to buy that house though….
