Just joining in this thread for the first time. I've also thought it was Liz from Atomic Kitten from week 1 but I don't really know why. I'm thinking Mark from Westlife as Robobunny except that I've never heard a hint of Irish.
I'm fairly convinced my husband has nailed doughnut as Phil Neville. Apparently he was caught on film belting out Sweet Caroline, co-owns Salford City and manages a team which ties in with the Northern town link and training up others.

Also (sorry don't watch it live as watch the next day with my kids) maybe, possibly, not really but...

Alan Carr as Traffic Cone? Mainly because of how he pronounces s's. Would fit the costume and also back for good (coming back for good after being a guest judge last year!) Not sure he could disguise his voice to that extent though.

I'm Irish so maybe that's why I can hear it but the American accent definitely slips a fair amount when he's talking.

I clearly need to listen better - might have something to do with my 6year old constantly talking over the clues.

I thought Chris Kamara for Doughnut until the husband said Phil Neville, I'm sold on that now.

I was thinking that traffic cone sounded more a good karaoke singer than professional but maybe I've been thrown by them hiding their voice because everyone here clearly thinks they're someone who can properly sing.
 
I was watching it with my Brother in law on Saturday and he had a wild guess. He said Panda could be Hailee Steinfield.

there were a load of clues that pointed to Hawkeye, (she’s taking over from Jeremy Renner) and chat about her being an actor.

She had a theatre mask badge.

she said ‘I had to make a choice/fork in the road’ and he thought that it meant when Meryl Streep told her she would have to pick singing OR acting after she was Oscar nominated for True Grit.

He then said ‘oh and those bamboo sticks look like arrows in a quiver’

it’s a stretch but could it be her?

oh and she dated Niall Horan from 1D.
