Yes, Pauline McLynn, Mrs Doyle, is Irish. I'm Irish too and I thought the accent sounded really put on when she was singing and even sounded like Sarah Millican at the beginning of the song 😃 so not even Irish all the way through!
Whereas her Lancashire accent when speaking sounded way more realistic to me, so I reckon that's their real accent.
I think Jane Horrocks is a good guess for Mushroom 🙂

Yes I thought the Lancashire accent definitely sounded the more convincing one. She's a good singer anyway, whoever she is :)
 
I need to not watch next series as I've only watched one episode of this so far and it's driving me mad! Robbobunny has got me, they must be a singer from they way they sang and switched between voices. I think the lower voice was being made to sound a lot weaker than they are capable. I've been listening to Mark Feehily and see where people are coming from, I thing there's an Irish twang to the diction in places but I don't think the high voice is Mark's...could it possibly be Shane Westlife instead?

Update...
I take it all back...I'm sure it's Mark 🥵 I'm not going to survive to the final, it's so stressful ha.

Hi! I think Lionfish is Tom Read Wilson from celebs go dating, you can hear his voice in the talking parts and the clue “I’ve appeared in places I wasn’t seen” could relate to his appearance on The Voice where they didn’t turn.

The hair and stylist wardrobe for the panel is much better tonight 😅
