The inevitable vlog came out about cutting his trip short in the USA due to ill health. I'm sure that Martin blokes wife is fed up nursing him, in the 'free' back bedroom. He was ill on a previous trip there as well. Won't go to the doctor there, as he claims his health insurance might not cover whatever he has, which is bollocks.
We have been here before with his medical issues, he never wants to talk about them, but vlogged, stopping short of showing the cameras he has had up and down both ends. He was told to cut down on the vlogging at that time, took 1 day off I think. But I suppose when you have a £110k Porsche on lease, along with continually showing off your £800 Apple watch, they won't pay for themselves.
He says there are exciting things a head with the family, again that he doesn't want to talk about. Maybe a trip to Scarborough, after with pushing the boat out and going to Torquay a few months ago.
You can see why Darren John and a few others have ditched him, the man's a walking contradiction. Big ideas, big trips, but always ends up sitting crying in his EV or eating fish and chips around Mansfield or Leeds.

I literally commented on his video from the day before when he was still in the states complaining that he had been ill that it seems to happen every time he goes to the states and that it’s probably down to all the fatty and greasy food he eats when he’s there then he puts a video out today saying it’s a suspected heart attack. He needs to listen to his body now before it’s too late, this is his wake up call! He needs to stop chugging back the fish & chips and fry ups and going abroad every fortnight to take some time off YouTube to rest and spend time with his family!
For "suspected heart attack" read "I went to the doctors and they said I could probably do with having some tests done so pop down to A&E and they'll do them there".
If your doctor suspected you were having a heart attack he or she would call an ambulance and you wouldn't be standing outside a hospital recording a video. He says it's not clickbait but that's exactly what it is.
I'm not denying he's probably at risk of one, but certainly not on that occasion. The fact that he played on it all for the sake of his pathetic channel speaks volumes about the clown.

Yep what goes around comes around, probably nothing wrong him it’s all done for clickbait his views for his repetitive USA vlogs were low so what better way to boost views by bullshitting about a heart attack or a near death experience in an EV

This new video where he’s out of breath sounds like when I put a sickly voice on when calling into work to tell them I’m too ill to work. When in reality I’m pulling a sickie and there’s nothing wrong with me.
So he has a blood clot, if it was as bad as he made out chest pains, tiredness and shortness of breath why would get on a plane for 8hrs to London then do a 3 hour drive he is so full of tit the toilet is jealous

He had a wake up call last year but chose to ignore it. It was serious enough for him to get the camera down the throat procedure at hospital but he continued to drink heavily and eat crap. His moobs were noticeably bigger in the spiderman burger king video, he's piled on the pounds.

Scrolled through some of the comments from his deluded following. Not one person mentioned him ignoring the alarming symptoms he had in New York and flying home. After all it's wasn't a sore toe or a runny nose he had. None saying well Lee, at least you will be able to spend some quality time with your family now, whilst you recover.
