I am intrigued though as to why they have suddenly got their tits oot and taking part in water based activities. Is van life more liberating? Are viewing figures so bad they are resorting to the "Sex Sells" concept? Or is it that they are less likely to run into other vloggers in Europe?

Aimed at new viewers, massively less content about being happy at the lodge, less references to Disney (until they need the cash!). but yet so many things they're doing are half arsed..

no spot camping in laybys,
no cheap eats,
hardly any van cooking.
hardly any showering.

Still on the fence if they've been airBnB'ing over the last trip, but it's clear the van will get changed/upgraded if they continue this next year. Like someone said, when they go Florida, we'll soon see by howmuch they go on rides/explore, etc. how much they really want to be there, or will be more a case of wanted to get back and explore with the camper...

either way the appt for Christmas ain't happening anytime soon again,

Letting out properties to large families on benefits..

I think Janines in a property of theirs too, as Nick does all the repairs and I don't believe he would if the house wasn't his. She would get told to piss off.

1st home is being rented out by them.
appt is being rented out by them.
they clearly own and let out janine's which is why the TV brackets and repairs happen a lot.
I suspect they also own and cheap rent to Mr and Mrs walrus too, makingout it was a benefit for them to do so.
I half suspect Nick never fully closed the business either, and instead moved the whole thing to Amazon warehouse for storage and sells directly on there, topping up the cheap shit Chinese tat when needed.

add to that around £2k from Patron,Cameos, and Superchats when they can be arsed and you've got a healthy packet per month. With all spending being made on credit card that's paid off per month to keep earning the points for discounted flights.

it wouldn't surprise me if they tried to pursue the idea at one point, using the idea of 'equity release'. But then Janine would be complaining over inheritance.

I don't see the lodge hanging round more than a few more years, they're clearly bored of being on the coast. Nicks mentioned a couple of times about loving to build a tiny home, and Leigh would just happily live in a RV for 9months if he could pissing his weight in café olé.
 
I've just taken the time to finally read the Wiki, it's crazy to be reminded of all the shit these eggs have done. The lizard 🦎!!!

I would also like to say, whoever contributed to it is a brilliant writer, well written, informative, impactful and comprehensive. It's genuinely a good read! V talented lot.
