So whilst they aren’t directly employed by YouTube or Patreon, they do get direct remuneration from American companies which puts them in an awkward position.
If they carry on at this rate of travel to the US, they’ll hit 183 days and the IRS will be on them.
They’ll be officially paid by Patreon UK and YouTube UK, otherwise every single vlogger in the world would be in the same situation.The IRS won’t be interested if they’re UK domiciled (they are) but immigration/ homeland security will be if the keep on going to Florida like they are now.
