People saying you only get jet lag in one direction are wrong, it’s when your body’s circadian rhythm is disrupted by any new time zone regardless of direction. But it is generally worse going east (it’s less confused when going west) and also increases with the number of time zones crossed. I only got lagged in the US the first time I went and don’t notice now as my body must be accustomed to it. Weirdly I never get jet lagged going east (to Australia)

He really is a money snob. Whilst telling us he is having problems with his phones which he needs to fix, one of the fixes is buying a new one. The phone that's causing the problems cost £1500. Why the need to tell us that? Fud.
And then his meal consists of fillet steak and chips. With a side of mac & cheese. And diet coke. Just to keep him in medium shirts.
