Not in California, the law for unmarried parents is awful. Fathers have no rights, at all especially if they are not on the birth certificate which at that point, he wouldn’t be!

He didn’t care about his other sons births though? So why would he really care about this one thinking realistically. Plus he turned up after. If he really really cared he would have insisted on being there or just turned up, he’s just a manipulator.
 
I know Kris rarely does but do the sisters ever say anything negative about these men though? Like if someone was treating my sister like that I’d be telling her straight about what a piece of trash the man was. I know they all used to lay into Scott a bit. Or do they not say anything because they suspect that she might get back with him and it would be awkward to be around him after saying things about him?
Also, why is Kris so weird about giving these men more chances? Remember when she was pushing for Khloe to give Lamar another chance.
 
It’s sad to think he has ruined the two most special times of her life. For me that is unforgivable and I would never speak to him again.. I’m sure she has a whole team of people she could use to communicate with him about the kids.
The whole family are too soft on these deadbeat men, giving them chance after chance to be closely involved.
 
Think the sisters and Kris know Khloe is really into Tristan, they'd probably fall out if they spoke up.
I imagine he's locked into an NDA so they push whatever narrative they want. Part of me believes this was a donor arrangement and the rest is for ratings. Still sticks in me she chose not to carry her own child and I refuse to believe that decision was medical risk.

Tristan is like Nick Cannon and part of me thinks Khloe has always known that he isn’t monogamous and he has been up front about it. But because the family is such a powerhouse (media and legal wise) he is probably bullied (and paid because he isn’t that great at ball) to be quiet and stick with the love rat image he’s been given by them so they can garner sympathy.

He is a love rat. How any woman gives him the time of day is beyond me.
