I have just watched the video of the unboxing and I have to say it upset me, the lady is quite clearly vunerable and doesn't look like she has that sort of money to splash out , I couldn't watch it all as it was disturbing me
I watched this too - how happy the lady looked, but yes I would say she is vulnerable. I think in the comments it was mentioned that she had ADHD/learning disability.
My heart broke watching it, as I know our DS would probably react the same. He doesn't watch any of this Ingham crap very thankfully but he has a teddy that he has had since birth, and now has recently bought himself another bear.
I know this will seem odd to many people, but to him it is a huge comfort. I expect that lady that has her Jace doll, will feel the same - she mentions she wants her own baby, one day.
The Inghams and Shortle are in this for the money - have they considered the bigger picture, that potentially there will be others that shall go along to their Tea Party, that will have additional needs. Each person has a plus 1 to go with them - children with a parent, and adults, but also adults that will need support.
I cannot see this Tea Party happening - it will bring them a whole set of problems they haven't considered.
Inghams, instead of it always being about the "£signs", bloody well THINK of who is buying this crap you sell. And selling them another dream, that come on, was never going to materialise from your end.
Disgusting, both of you.
If the Tea Party does happen, I shall of course apologise. But until then, I stand by my thinking.
