I assume that the no under 18s policy is probably due to safeguarding and/or insurance restrictions, so it could have serious repercussions even if it seems a bit of a trivial gripe.
Obviously my main concern is the Ingham Family brand undermining the good work of the charity. A kids charity being linked to a controversial brand synonymous with child grooming is not ideal.
Then there's the greed and overconsumption angle. Fancy having the cheek to promote the "Mission for Christmas" campaign when your own mission is to go viral again, recreating this...

Most people in the UK will already be very familiar with this charity (advertised across the Bauer/Rayo radio station network) so I doubt this puny effort would've made any difference. Yes, the whole family should generally be doing A VERY LOT more to help others but this PR stunt was pretty farcical.
