It because a lot of people don’t actually know what to to do when they have got a ccj on sometimes. they need to contact a high court enforcement officer not a bailiff because it’s over £750

Only thing Chrish has done alone with the kids is take Izzy out for drives to “listen to music” and, oh wait, Izzy again, to get a tattoo and film her pulling her skirt down.
 
Its not only Chrish who thinks Starbucks is a flex. I’ve been in independent coffee shops where people won’t pay and strop showing off their off go Starbucks instead. Not that we have one, but that’s a minor point clearly 😆

Exactly the sort of stupid thing I can see Chrish and Sarah doing.

The Ingham Family Limited has a CCJ County Court Judgement for £912. The date of the judgement was 16 January 2024.

They would have been notified a few weeks before the court date, presumably by their accountant as that's the address registered against the business by Companies House.

I wonder if they even have a clue, since they're generally tit with everything from not filing accounts on time, forgetting about MOTs, not complying with planning permission on time etc.

Do UAE mind If you have a CCJ against your business? Maybe this is why Chris claims it isn't used, so he doesn't have the tell the UAE about The Ingham Family Limited and has probably instead submitted recent earnings through the self assessment as self employed. We shall soon see as his accounts are overdue.

Also the company that took them to court can apply for the business to close/wind up.

Wonder who they have screwed over and owe money to? It isn't shared.

Thought they where making 10k a day/month whatever and can't pay £912 not so wealthy after all but we knew that and that will be on his file for the next 6 years
 
Talking of embarrassed, so Sarah is in the Amazonkidsplusuk tagged page (from her tagging them) but they've never added her ad to her the reels, unlike some other vloggers 👀

I read that even though CCJs disappear from the register after 6 years (and therefore won't show up on a credit file), even after it's gone you're still obliged to divulge that you've had one, if specifically asked if you’ve ever received a CCJ, otherwise you could be committing fraud.

Would this still apply to Chrish & Saz in a personal sense, even though it's the limited company that the CCJ was awarded against?

Also, in some instances (although apparently rare), a creditor can be granted an extension to that 6 year timeframe if still not settled by that point.

Saz...how long are you planning to stay away on this "trip"? 😬
 
I know I'm a bit behind with this but after her ranting on about his hair colour I thought I would bring this golden oldie out for everyone to refresh their memories. Back in 2018 when they did 'Question of the day' and she passes comment on Creeps hair colouring.
I would love someone to clip this video next to her new ranty video to show what a fat liar she is and has always been.

She lied about saying she’d be happy to take a lie detector test and then lied saying she never lies.

I think at this point… even the lie detector test would be confused. If she’d had changed it to “ I never tell the truth “ then we all know she’d pass the test with flying colours.
