Yes I agree with that, also it takes quite a long time to evict someone especially as there are vulnerable children involved. Look at how long the plastic witch pricey hung on to her house, even leaving it for years at a time with non payments. With a large house like Bellend Manor, it would stand the banks more money to hang on to it as the price goes up more when they 'sit' on it. He could have remortgaged for the max he was able to on a high interest loan and that might be the reason they can spend a certain amount to set up. I fully believe this is what he has done and he was trying to bend sarahs arm up her back the whole year before they fled the country, to enable him to sell up and get at the deposit equity tied up in the property. He was getting desperate, I could see it in his behaviour and he leaked a lot in his language. She point blank refused to even consider it.

I used to be a manager who was trained in investigation skills, dealing with employee theft ect. You are trained to listen out for leaks that everybody does which leads to people revealing their motives in the language they use. It's fascinating.

I heard so many tells and his attempt to manipulate Sarah to want to leave, the problem he has with her is actually quite an amusing one to me , as she is sooooo thick, subtle hints and directions he does go over her head. She just doesn't get it and when she does understand, and as hes not a man to accept responsibility, he fails to do the right thing and tell her they cant afford it any more! 🙄🙄She then takes it as a joke (mum at the end of the bed telling him she should get pregnant🫣😒😡) most intelligent women would pick up on the constant weird hints ect and sit their husband/wife down and say something to get to the bottom of it, but them two..... they just ping around all over the place aimlessly stupid, they act like two 5 year olds playing house in the school nursery.

That is why he has to rope Esmerelda in, Lazy seems to want to please her in a childish teenage way, a bit like wanting the popular girl in your year to like you.

He is planning on getting Esme to cry and be upset about going home to England, I think his plan is to return in August for the Eras concert and then go full throttle with his discarding of the UK, using Esmememe as a lever for Saz.

There are certain patterns he goes through, he fully intends on leaving the UK for good. The only reasons are purely selfish and to protect his ego when the doors finally shut on his only successful career he has had and that is hanging off your wife and kids arses to flex about being clever and making more money than he could ever dream of (or cope with)

The house will go within the next year to 18 months is my prediction.
Very interesting. I'll be watching out

They are still living like it’s a holiday as well 🙄

On another note the accounts must be done by Sunday and the law has changed now on what to do ..
Isn’t debt illegal in Dubai?

When they first said they were going to Dubai. My feeling was they were being repossessed.

I viewed a house once that had been repossessed and there was so much stuff left. It was quite sad that a family had left so much behind because they had no choice.

I’m on a tenancy support group on Facebook and you’d be shocked how many people post their rental is being repossessed for non payment of mortgage and no idea what’s going to happen in terms of needing to leave e.g. if they’ll get notification or not.

If it is going to be repossessed they would have been better staying in the house as the repossession order could have dragged on for ages due to the needs of the childrun , but hey we hear you are living in Dubai and have signed a one year lease , thank you very much we will have the house back tomorrow , oh and unless you remove your contents we will charge you for the disposal !!

My gut feeling is that was just some crazy person spouting rubbish , your mortgage broker has nothing to do with the repossession for a start !

Been lurking for a few weeks since the moving to Dubai.

There has to be a reason why you wouldn’t sell your uk home and buy the bigger property in your new country and the smaller uk base for visits. You could get a 3/4 bed semi stones throw away from their beloved Meadowhall for a fraction of the cost of their current home and use the rest of any equity to get the home with appropriate space in Dubai.

It looks likely that they cannot afford the mortgage on the manor even with the scams, extra channels. They don’t have high views even on the money spinners now. Repossession or enforced downsizing seem to be likely options. They certainly arent giving the impression they have money.

Wow those comments are still there and it’s getting on for 4pm in Dubai. Surely even they aren’t still in bed?!

I don’t believe it for a single second though, it’s just a troll who won’t have any proof, and I must admit I’m quite surprised so many people here believe it. As if this person would have any idea. But think about it logically for a second guys, they paid out thousands for the airfare and thousand more to rent two properties. I know they’re not the brightest buttons in the box but even they’re not that stupid. That would be a good few months mortgage there, so just use that money to pay for the mortgage. Sarah loves that house and doesn’t want to sell it. Creepy does want to sell, so they probably will as what Creepy wants Creepy gets. Doesn’t mean they’ll have had it repossessed though.

I don't understand why he wouldn't sell some of the vehicles to free up money if he was in that much financial difficulty? The Mercedes Vito, the RV, the Sprinter and even the clapped out Range Rover have some value. The outlay they would've had to have made to get to Dubai and live the first month or so would've been at least £30-40,000 I estimate, that would've had to have been paid upfront and had to come from somewhere

Nothing makes sense, they still seem skint. I do expect the house to be repossessed or sold but they always seem to be hanging on by a thread

It's a bit like Troyboy . I don't believe it's a fact , just someone stirring tit.

I hope she didn’t go on her “night out”😉 looking like that

Apparently you cannot buy a home in Dubai unless you have lived there 3 years with a steady job (based in Dubai, I think)?

I'd love to know what their incomings and outgoings are. I can't understand them paying out for the old house and all those vehicles that are just abandoned in the scrapyard. Wouldn't you SORN some of them? They are hardly going to be nipping off for a caravan holiday when they maybe return in August, so they don't need the DPD van, the caravan and the horsebox all available at once.
