Not that Im an expert in hydrogeological property shales and I know nothing of the agriculture of Beltoft but I think in a lot of these little villages people moved in during covid times, to have that way of life and now are moving (or trying to) back out because life has returned to normal and it's not for them.
That might not be the case but I know locally to me in Cornwall there is an awful lot of that going on.
Same here in Devon

I had pre eclampsia with all mine and that’s worrying! But hopefully she’s been since now she’s home

House next door used to be called Hardacres or something didn't it? And the builder lived in it? I remember us finding the brochure and listing back when the Minghams viewed it, as their house next door wasn't completed yet so they used pics of the existing house to advertise the new one.

Honestly kind of feel like someone who names their house (that also isn't a manor) "Stag Manor" might deserve to live next to the Minghams... if they've bought that house they must share similar tastes!

Yep, they sold it not long after the Inghams moved in. The builder was looking for more land to build on.

I know gcse maths and english language is funded until you get 9-7 but the others are not. The college I taught at has private gcses in the evening along with a-levels but they aren’t age grouped. The college simply is too small and catchment too small to be running courses according to age. So here she would be doing gcses with people of any age, usually forced to do so by the Jobcentre, the classes were very challenging to teach with a lot of bullying going on and people not wanting to be there. Not everyone was a problem but most were. 16-19 is a massive gap in terms of maturity.

I did courses where I was older and honestly it was a nightmare. Yes there were mature students but they already had somewhere to live, didn’t spend time on campus and were working at home and weren’t stuck in halls or other grotty accommodation which was a nightmare of parties and drugs. I was constantly bullied for being thick/snobby because I was two years older and hadn’t got my gcses and was studying, actually studying not just turning up to shut up the jobcentre, wanting to get on. No bitesize then or syllabus made available. Revision was entirely pot luck.

Thank you to those of you who reported the flashing images. I meant to but have been unwell (not flashing images related). I’m very particular about what I watch because of flashing images because not everyone warns. More than once I went to the theatre only to leave in an ambulance, ruins it for everyone.

Yes the builder sold soon after the Ingham's moved in. I think I remember them saying the builder had built one for himself then the same to sell, but with the speed they got out and the crap quality I think the plan was always to sell both, they just lived there whilst building the other one.

The amount of mistakes on the house I doubt the builder ever wanted to be living next door to them for long.

I do think Rosabelle manor would have been named first, the stag people have actually seen the name and thought they should have a manor house too.

Those two houses look like the set of a new sitcom about neighbour battles. Both tacky as hell but one in a Hyacinth Bucket way and one in a Rose (😂) and Onslo way. No wonder they're the talk of the village.
Also, so much fuss was known about not wanting people to know the layout of the house at the start...yet they put golden boy's name in his window.
A new BBC sitcom called Mind your Manors!

Oh, the guy who owns the company registered to that address was born in 92. Unless it's his son.

Yeah that’s the guy I found. I’ve found his name and business but can’t find the inside house pictures, can anyone point me in the direction?
