The bulk of the GCSEs start next week - can’t wait to see how they try and blag that one.
Sarah said about booking a holiday the other day and seemed to want to get away soon. Surely she’s not forgotten the exam schedule that takes place until mid June especially with all that revision Issy has been doing recently ;)

They'll turn up at 9.30pm, only to discover that they have no ID, so they have to go back home for their passports....but, OMG, can you imagine the passport photos? They'll be back at the polling station at 9.45pm, with 15 minutes to go, but the ID checkers fall about in hysterics when they see Creepy's photo and spend so long laughing that, by the time they manage to compose themselves, they have to close the doors!

There's also an alternative (slightly kinder!) version of events where the ID checkers accuse them of fraud because the likeness is so poor and they don't believe that the people in the photos could've aged so badly.

Not sure about the rest of Australia but I certainly watched it as did my daughter. Like I aid to her this is history you are watching, as it was for me too. The queens coronation happened before I was born. I think older Australians loved it and are royalist, the younger generation really don’t care one way or the other🙂

They won’t bother. They didn’t in January. They were in Edinburgh the entire exam period.

Isabelle couldn’t vote as she has no ID. Postal votes aren’t as simple to apply for as they once were either.

Congratulations, having survived almost 50 years of ‘wedded hell’ I can safely confirm your own bank card is essential and that young girls and roller skates aren’t even a backward glance 🤣
 
I'm a little behind between exams, worked Saturday and planted loads on Sunday. Glorious for the soul!
Unless it's a Tiktok trend they don't give a tit. The parents have no interest in their own or other cultures. Boring, uncultured, self-envolved. Speaking of Isabelle voting, I despair Creepy and Lazy being able to vote. Gosh can you imagine one of them on a jury trial? 🙄

That ship has well and truly sailed son, and no I don’t mean someone’s going to offer you a cruise, you have little and no chance and little chance has gone on holiday with no chance (not in a tin can).
