Exactly this. She was so cold explaining that to a 3 year old. “Things have to die for new things to be born”
that kid is going to end up really mentally messed up

I was told that at five when my foster mum died. Before Id been a normal kid. I was so traumatised my hair changed to very dark brown (from golden curls) and the next child born, close to me, two months later I was really nasty to and for years. I did later apologise; and in adult years got grief therapy but its the worst way to explain death to a child. They find zero comfort in a baby over someone they loved suddenly being gone. Jace is already a very frustrated and angry boy.

Incidentally the person who told me that STILL ‘copes’ with death that way.

If it was a school day as Lazy said Katrina had dropped her kids off at school, why was Isla out shopping with Sarah? Surely she should be learning during a "school day"
Those children get no education at all. I don't understand how we as parents get fined for our kids skiving school yet Isla is supposedly a home schooled child, yet Sarah doesn't get fined for taking her out shopping.

Mice, Rats (they live on farmland after all) badgers, foxes etc all are part and parcel of living in the countryside... We have badgers and foxes in our gardens nightly. Probably the smaller animals too.. If they don't want wildlife, that has been there long before their house was, then they need to move. Those animals deserve to be there, they don't!
Completely agree. I grow a lot of our own vegetables and the mice (under the shed) ruined a lot of my crops until I started outsmarting them by growing what they love where they can't reach. Loads of domestic cats where I live and owls too. Everything is part of the food chain, even the bloody slugs.

for context, home educated children can adhere to different timetables or no timetable at all - but nevertheless they still learn....unless you’re the Inghams and learning involves fake tutor sessions and age inappropriate “crafts” 😐
as an actual home educator it repulses me that they claim to represent our community - they DO NOT!!!

also we have to provide in-depth reports to essentially show our child is receiving an adequate and Age appropriate education -
Where is this evidenced in the vlogs or even referenced?? It isn’t because it doesn’t happen 🤷‍♀️

a friend of ours home schools (she trained as a teacher) her children do 9 - 3.30 with a lunch break. The do forest school once a week, and finish early on a Friday as they do karate in the evening. They live a short bus ride from the beach and she may decide to have a beach day if the weather is good on the understanding everyone agrees to do their learning on Saturday when the weather forecast is not as good. She has, been schooling 4 children of different ages. Although she has used some online tutoring for gaps in her teaching as she trained as a primary teacher, her eldest did fine in his GCSE exams and is now at college for his a levels, and is not disadvantaged in any way against every one who,has been in the school, system.

I know how hard she has worked at home ed and how she is getting results - it really gets me that this so,called home schooling family are doing nothing and and failing their kids!

Our friend has regular contact with the education bods who check on her children's education and look, for evidence of learning.

How are the inghams getting away with there complete lack of education ... They vlog their lives on line with no learning ... Nothing makes sense!!

Do mice eat blankets?

I bet they’ve got a mice infestation because when Sarah did her haul, she held up a package and the corner of the box was all chewed off! 🤣🤣 Is it just me who hopes they come back from a winter holiday and the mice have eaten all of her Christmas stock and creepy’s beanies? 🗡 🐁 🐁

Filming a dying animal for content! Making your children sit and watch the animal die for content! Sick! 🙄

Sarah feels dead guilty cos she knows the mouse has been poisoned by one of her traps. That mouse was picked up in her garden. No way was it brought back from a dog walk. How exactly did it get brought back? Rubbish.

I agree totally wrong to be upsetting a three year old like that. And totally wrong to film it. No need. And to explain the death in graphic detail including seizure etc in front of all the kids. It's ALL for content.

Absolutely disgusted at the content of the vlog tonight why would you film a dying mouse on a channel that they know is followed by children and vulnerable people, are they really that hard up for views that they stoop that low.
It was heartbreaking to watch, filming blood coming from its mouth and then describing in detail its death i skipped after seeing the blood so not sure how much more she showed😡😡😡
I turned it off when they started filming the blood. I can’t bear to watch animals suffering

Why can’t they leave wildlife alone 😡😡😡
They make me sick.

My guess is, someone thought it would be ‘cute’ to let Prinny sniff the mouse & she’s got a hold of it.
These people are so thick that they’re dangerous.
What a disgusting vlog. Absolutely disgusting. Killing a mouse for views, for money.

Sarah will claim it’s half term so the kids don’t need to do work. As if they haven’t just got back off of a 10 week holiday. Lazy cow

I'm furious with them that they've had that sterile eyesore plonked in the middle of a large green space and not done a damn thing to welcome the animals indigenous to it. Shrubberies and hedges, an apple tree, a natural water feature so the poor things could have got access to water this sweltering summer. Destructive, selfish, soulless cretins.

Why did they box the mouse up? Why didn't they just walk to the field and set it free? My Brother found a small rat in his garage last week, he trapped it then took it to a woodland and let it go, like he said, it's only looking for food and warmth. Yes rats aren't nice but my brother lives near a farm, so he said it's almost a certainty he gets them now and again. No need to kill it for the sake of it.

Oh my goodness…tell me you don’t read tattle sarah and that you hate how we feel about your son….by trying to push the narrative that that sweet Baby is a thug and that boy is a sweet little docile tolerant Chappy with puts up with so much….Im Calling bullshit and don’t buy it….you are showing him to be the opposite all the time….
land the child with the lovely coloured hair who is always minging and whose hair needs a good scrub …posting a pic wanting us to see the beauty….I can’t see it and sorry but that dog looks a mess…poop primy…. Remember Beaty comes from within and as Roald Dahl quotes “ if you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely “…you clearly don’t have many good thoughts!

They really need to stop Esme treating wildlife the way she does. The histrionics over catching moths, butterflies etc., that she does and keeping them in jars is disgraceful. The lazy one was right for once - that little mouse would have been better off left to die in its natural habitat. It’s senses would have been overloaded being shoved into a plastic box under the glare of those lights in that huge soulless, echoey kitchen with the screeching from those feral kids. Disgusting behaviour.
