I agree with you Loopy81 How could anyone not know about the Moors Murders, and for a family who say they are well travelled dont even know where Saddleworth moor is, Keith Bennetts Mum poor Lady passed away after searching for Answers to where he was Buried so sad :(
Thanks - thought I was going crazy for a second.

I know and he’s still missing ?.

Just thought it was disgusting and ignorant ??‍♀️

I agree...that should be local history to them.
As it's technically not far from them. I am sure both would have been driven that way at some point in their lifetime and something said. Most people find it rather eerie.

It's ignorance. Pure and simple. Not just a random field.
Yeah whenever I pass through it just feels sad - certainly something they should know ?

Well not everyone. My family and the Ingham Family didn't know. ? Chill out!

I’m very chill in fact I’m such a mellow person if I got anymore chill I’d probably fall over ,
But I could have sworn it’s you made a point of replying and making an issue of it and not me ?‍♀️
Please don’t be salty because you’re the ignorant one I mean comparing yourself to an ingham enough said really lol

?? What kind of saying is that.

Ignorant for not knowing a fact about an area I don't live in? I know about the murders and the murderers. Just not the area.

The Ingham comment was in jest, to disprove your 'everyone' statement ???

I watched an old Crete vlog earlier (I don’t make a habit of this) and I was furious

Driving on the motorway the thick lazy one said how pretty all the fields were that go on for miles.

Firstly - it’s saddleworth moor
Secondly - it’s where a number of the most horrific crimes were ever committed by two of the worlds sickest people!

For your info you lazy cow it’s where Myra Hindley and Ian Brady murdered and buried small children. Keith Bennett been one that’s still sadly on there somewhere ??

When I drive by there I feel nothing but sadness not think how beautiful it is ? tossers

Absolutely. I remember this being a topic of conversation at the time!

We drove past this as a child and I remember being so shocked/ upset that there was still a child buried out there.

I wouldn’t know exactly where those moors are as an adult but whenever we drive through/ around Yorkshire I get chills.

They live pretty local so I’m sure they must know? ?‍♀️

You literally couldn’t make this tit up. All week at Disneyland the girls couldn’t wait to visit the Disney store in London - WTF?! And then after a wasted trip into London on Saturday, they plan/organise nothing for Sunday - except said Disney store trip?!
There are so many things they could have done - in Leicester Square Esme would have loved the Lego shop; even M and M world would at least have been something different. Then on Sunday they could have visited one of London’s countless museums, art galleries or historical buildings, many of which are free. Or a park, Coram’s Fields is amazing for kids, as is the Diana memorial playground. I could go on. But I don’t want to be as boring as the Inghams!
What about visiting Hampton court palace a half hour bus journey away, steeped in history.Actually not sure they would even know who lived there!!!

As if...they go to York regularly and that's steeped in History...but they shop

They went to Lincolnshire ..could have visited the castle and cathedral at Lincoln but they didn't. All would have been advertised locally there are leaflets everywhere.

They are close to Belvoir castle..they don't go

Mentioned before local historical attractions they don't bother with, and many more further north.

They are only interested in shopping, Nandos and theme parks

We went to York a lot as kids - walking the walls was one of the best things ?
