The Handmaid's Tale

Fairytale was a good episode. Interesting to see flashbacks to early Gilead. Ironic to see Serena is basically now trapped and in a similar situation to a Handmaid. Will the Wheeler’s steal her baby? I’m certainly getting those vibes. June once again captured by Gilead and this time with Luke too. Where will this go? Will Commander Lawrence’s New Bethlehem plan go in their favour? Looking forward to seeing how this plays out.

2 other things that stood out for me in episode 6,
1. When June was being put in the van she shouted at her captors to call commander Lawrence or Blaine - could this get them in trouble as we know now that they were Mr Wheelers people who seem to be just as extreme as Gilead if not more so?

2. Mrs Wheeler mentioned that the creepy gynaecologist has just been appointed head of obstetrics at the University of Toronto, I fear for the way Canada is going if people like him are being appointed head of obstetrics

That was the best episode of the series so far without doubt. I loved the dynamic between luke and June when they were detained, him trying and failing to be the "strong man" etc and realising (partly) what she went through. Also great to see Serena receiving her comeuppance

what do we think will happen? will she try to mistake? I also don't get now if the baby will be hers, or if that weird woman will take it.....
I think June will end up delivering the baby in the back of the car and for a moment both herself and Serena will forget themselves and be caught up in the safe arrival of the baby. Then reality will hit and she'll have to get herself and the baby somewhere the Wheelers can't get to them and she'll need June's help to do that too. And because she helped Serena escape June and baby Nichole and possibly Moira will also have to go underground. Mark Tuello better make up a few spare rooms.

Also they'll be in a hurry as I don't think Ezra is dead, he seemed to be wearing some kind of a vest and the bullet just knocked him over rather than killing him.

Just read this on Digital Spy so good news for UK viewers
