Yes agree with this. Her portions are tiny and if you look at the calorie content she probably struggles to hit 1200 a day which with the amount of exercise she does isn’t enough.


Think her sister has also posted about having food issues? Maybe it runs in the family.

Shes in her mid or late 40s and Im guessing she doesnt want to be all over Insta ans both Hazel and her sister promote their businesses online and Hazel's job is social media at the end of the day

I honestly can't get over how much she's changed this year and not for the better. She used to be someone I admired a lot but now it feels like she's given up her career to be an influencer and her self worth to be with someone famous for being on reality dating shows. Whats the matter with her?

Wait what? Her ex used to be on reality dating shows? I thought she would end up with an academic ttpe of person similart to that Irish Nutritionist cant remember his name or similar to Rupy from that food kitchen like you know? Somewhere.along there.

A guy telling ppl to DM him for workouts what are we in 2016? But he does seem like he has money....

Maybe rugby guys are her type as her ex was a rugby player and I think now coaches a rugby team in Hong Kong , reminds me of her ex esp the about me section on his website

This new guy was on too hot too handle and the love trap. Thats exactly who I thought she'd go for or at least someone who was a friend at crossfit. Do you think the moneys whats attracted her to him? I must admit she's never seemed to be short of money either

I think shes into these types of guys so my prediction was way off lol. Good luck to her but he seems to be a duck boy that'll give you a headache. Seems overly confident snd very much into himself
 
I’m actually gutted about the path she has chosen. She doesn’t owe me anything so it’s of little significance but when I started following her I thought I had finally found someone on Instagram that had integrity and genuinely cared about her content. Now she is a ten-a-penny grifter that just wants her 5 minutes in the spotlight. If this is the life she’s chosen, that’s fine as long as she realises
that integrity isn’t something you can win back, you only lose it once.

Unfortunately I can see a total rebrand happening soon too, wonder how many followers she'll lose in the process
 
David Birtwistle used to date Scarlett Byrne (she went to my school) back in the day (girl from Harry Potter and now married to Hugh Hefner’s son). Always thought he was trying to get more famous and then saw him on the reality programme. Definitely notttt who I thought Hazel would go for at all, he’s such a poser from what I remember! Although she’s definitely morphing into the influencer look with her teeth and Botox!

Was there a need for him to say 'now would be s good time to tell you that thefoodmedic is mt girlfriend?'seems like he very much thinks of himself to be famous
