She went back for a fitting and decided the dress no longer suits her after her weight loss and surgery. They told her there's no refund available but could chose another dress.
They basically told her that she doesn't know her own shape and the dresses she was trying on wouldn't suit her.

She's took great offence now and said if They don't refund her she'll leave major bad reviews on social media.

She's saying she's to anxious and bothered to even be able to speak to the shop because of how rude the woman was to her and it's tainted everything. She's also gone to wed2be and bought a 2nd dress but also states it's not the one.

You are always advised to size up in bridal. She needs to get a grip & stop threatening the shop with her social media following.
