That sounds like a plan and a movie. I bet Bernie is smart to literally have his Estate only to his children and grandchildren only.

A Will is something you should be touching base with annually when you are very wealthy and making sure it is not just your Will but your children's bank accounts can't be accessed directly by spouses just keep them on payroll.

They probably have been given work in business through him bankrolling them and live a very comfortable existence.

Shame on them if that's not enough.
 
It’s my understanding that these trusts can’t be accessed in a divorce. That’s how all these old money types have kept their fortunes through the generations. Im sure they also signed prenups. Although obviously they could get child support if they had 50/50 custody which could be very a significant amount. Especially for Sam in America. Kayne is giving Kim 250 grand a month.

Maybe Tamara is holding out until the girls turn 18 and she is happy with the arrangement until then. Will be a crazy lifestyle adjustment for both of them if they divorce after the girls are adults.

Surely it is just full custody given and he sees them monthly? quarterly?
Maybe signed a NDA.

We know from his ‘activities’ how much he likes money. And a lot of the money he’s had has gone straight up his nose.
The Ecclestones have endless amounts of cash, but also I would think they have other ways of persuading people, too…
 
I too would take my kids to the other side of the world to keep them away from the likes of Stunt. Just don't get that she then brought another imbecile into her kids lives as a father figure, while he might not be a junkie like Stunt, he has so many similar traits to Stunt, he even looks like Stunt.

Im sorry but Sam is an idiot but nothing like Stunt. He was off his head on coke 24/7 and was smashing up the house and things like that.
 
Cocaine seems to be a theme with the men in they associate with.
It's unusual that two such wealthy women have married such low intelligence and poor men.
I thought it was quite telling that Sam was asking for things to do in LA with the kids and Petra. Don't they have friends? Or any kind of social group?
 
Poor Sam's new "pe' 'ate " and the thing that is going between him and his nights sleep and which really annoys him, is the US presidential election, a process held dear to most Americans and who believe it is a privilege and a right to vote for their next president.

I assume he is not an American citizen, but an immigrant who only has the privilege of a green card to live and work in the US thanks to his wifes' money, I would place bets that he has absolutely no clue about how a president is elected in the country his wife has chosen to live in, primaries and caucauses, constitutional requirements etc. are all way beyond his limited intellect.
 
Is Sam slow?

Shocking these two girls ended up with such low class guys. They could have moved to NY and bagged themselves a finance guy or old money type. Instead they ended up with two geezers. Bernie also said himself he made a massive mistake giving them access to that trust fund so early, he should have made them go to university and get jobs and given them access much later in life.

Money cannot buy you intelligence or good judgement.
 
Why is he living in the US at all if it he hates it so much??,

having to fill in forms at the doctors office, the Presidential election, 'fat' people ordering diet coke, the school system, the gun crime, the homeless people, bad hairdressers. God help him, but he is putting up with all that on a daily basis because he 'likes the weather', he must be living on his nerves.

'Slow' is an understatement !!
