He did a story to explain it, They didn't even pay the mortgage off . They did the video to say they was mortgage free but then the next day got a call to say they had to pay £3k for an early release fee so they didn't bother! Said that the money is there but they still paying it each month!

They can only issue two 'smaller' fines over a certain period of time. Any more than that you can have to go to court and you can be fined a couple of thousand or even be sent to prison for a few months.

I'm guessing this is what's happened or they've at least been warned anymore and they'll pursue it.

Have they broken up for Christmas yet? Most school around the uk finish next week but I know some are earlier........ if not then that last week is always fun for children, parties, concerts, exchanging presents with friends!
