They could have staggered their arrivals into the UK and it's pretty easy to isolate, they are living in their own apartments with producers delivering their food

Yes they all come in from different states. They must have staggered times with some potentially staying in hotels before being moved to their apartments. The evil shabaz did say that when he was booted out he was put up in a hotel close to the apartments
