No one on here has said anything about anyone on the show personally i.e looks, accent, race it’s all been opinion based on the edit of the show and their lives following. And if we’re being totally honest, Manrika has had one hell of a time with trolls nothing compared to the “hate” and “abuse” he is getting and do you see her still searching and obsessing over it? No! Because that’s is not good for her mental health to keep reading and obsessing over!

People who have issues with this forum are those who actively seek it out and clearly have issues and need to go to therapy or something.

Edit: also, @Fifi999 I’ve just checked and the story about you has been deleted! I did report it for harassment so no idea if that helped!

This thread is not a nasty thread, in fact there's more positive things said than negative. There was the odd person stirring/making inappropriate comments but they got reported because most of us aren't here for that kind of nastiness. Comments on here were usually made as a result of what people said or did on The Circle. If you can't take people discussing the fact that you acted horribly on tv then you shouldn't have acted horribly on tv 🤷‍♀️
 
“Be kind and don’t send anonymous hate” says group of people who earned their “fame” (think I’m being quite generous with that word tbf) through sending each other nasty messages in anonymous games.

Don’t get me wrong, none of them deserve online abuse no matter how terribly they behaved on the show and if they are genuinely receiving that then it’s awful and I don’t condone it at all, but surely some of them must see the irony in the message of positivity they’re trying to spread... 🤔

Nah, I’ve lurked on a number of threads for a couple of years but saw there was a thread for the Circle and that you’re planning to watch and comment on the US series together so finally made the plunge and made an account. Wish I’d seen this thread when the UK series aired because oh boy I had a lot of opinions 😂
 
Ouch, turns out shabaz is the biggest bully out the lot of us! We keep our opinions and thoughts on tattle and he's made it personal and brought it to someone's DMs accusing them of being nasty with no proof and ultimately getting hate sent their way! I get that he's trying to milk his 5 minutes of fame but surely there's a better way of doing it than being a bully, can you actually imagine this was your chemistry teacher?!? 🤣 Think he's rendered himself unemployable

I've always treated this forum like a group chat with friends. If someone on this thread was being out of line or revealing personal information about one of the contestants, they'd be reported and probably banned, but that's not what's going on here. He should have just moved on.

There's a really clear line for me - I'd never send abuse to someone direct or leave nasty comments. I'm not 14 years old (or a bored housewife, lol), I don't tend to follow reality contestants either because I cba with all the #ads after their 15 minutes is over. Shabaz seems to be getting upset with someone saying he's getting on their tits for being all over Insta and doing lives etc. I get that it's not nice to see people saying they think you're a dick and a pain in the arse but honestly...not everyone is going to love you.

He has had zero impact. I have gained nor lost any followers and had no “extra” views on my story. That sums up his influence guys.

Update: Nana dot aka Scott has checked out my latest story which ain’t circle related. Oh well it sucks how he has painted me to be a troll when I’m literally a stan and have never hurled any abuse. I unfollowed him 😢

Exactly this. I’ve said it on other threads too. It is just like talking to your friends like you would at home or at the pub or whatever. This thread was literally a running commentary of the show as it was on. So what people are saying is if you were at home saying the same things when the programme aired that is also hate and bullying.
If people come here and actively seek it out then that’s up to them. Messaging people hate and death threats is in no way acceptable.
Hes just after his 5 mins of fame. He’s had it now so I’m just going to leave him to it. He’ll be old news by the time we’ve all started the USAcircle.

he needs to get a fucking grip, he has 6000 followers. he’s barely fucking beyoncé is he, we are literally keeping him relevant at this point 😂 without this thread i genuinely wouldnt of even remembered his name or presence on the show because he didn’t impact the circle once, he is BORING. possibly worse than vithun, atleast i remembered he starred in the show.

also doesn’t help that u didn’t say anything wrong in the picture he chose, he was probably more salty that u unfollowed him rather than calling him annoying. maybe if he chose one of the thousands of hate tweets from twitter that actually contained abuse he would of got somewhere 😳 hes still a prick

I did. I also messaged connect management and studio lambert. Can I ask others to follow suit. His behaviour is awful. He is basically trying to get his followers to dox my Instagram account. All I said was that I found him annoying and unfollowed him (I think that’s responsible!) In my eyes, by messaging me from another Instagram handle he wants a confrontation and it’s tantamount to harassment. He is gross. If anyone has a spare few moments please report him xxxx

He's probably heard about it from CHF as she reads here so he'll have heard all the worst stuff as usual its spun into the worst place ever.

So sorry for the harassment you're getting. shabaz my have used his time to seek it out but you did not.

I'm honestly not meaning this in a sense of telling people what to write on here because we can write whatever we want (obviously within reason) but I think we need to move on from 'caring' about old news that's most definitely past its expiry.

It would be a different story if they all lived holier than thou lives and never had a negative word to say about anyone, but we know that's not the case because we've all seen it with our own eyes, and if that's the public version then what's the private version like?

We come here to enjoy a show and have a bit of fun with some like minded people. We've all had good things to say about people on The Circle but that will always be ignored to suit a narrative and it's pitiful. There hasn't been any hate posted, (ust because something isn't praise doesn't make it hate), and it's certainly not been directly aimed at anyone, but people see what they want to see and fail to realise that people are allowed to voice opinions even if they're not sycophantic.

Life isn't full of people loving you, regardless of whether you've put yourself in the public domain or not, I don't know how they've gotten as old without realising that, just most of us don't actively seek out negativity to push our own agendas. We're not the ones drawing attention to an apparent issue that's relatively hidden away from anyone that doesn't want to know.

And anyway, if we were such awful people would we all have each other's backs through all of this? And I don't just mean have each other's backs when it benefits us individually either.

Let's just look forward and get ready to go transatlantic ❤
 
i find it fucking hilarious that he obviously wanted to start some sort of be kind campaign with what he posted.. and he’s made no impact at all because it’s a shit comment that just called him annoying 😂😂 pissing myself.. like i said if he had chosen a genuine hate comment from twitter (i’ve seen some vile things on there) he probably would of got one of his 14 fans to repost it. someone said this thread was more like a friends gc and i completely agree, it was just as if we were watching a tv as a group of mates having a laugh 😂 was amazing.. we had our own little goggle box going on
