Purnon put out a new video showing the new chimney exteriors and chimney pots being installed. One of the workers discovered initials on one of the chimney stacks of the man who previously installed it, and explained it is part of the history of Purnon. The tradesmen explained the process in depth- from the construction of the new chimneys, to how they send the old stones to a local mason who made new stones, and the chimney pots were made locally as well. The vlog shows the exceptional attention to detail by the craftsmen- they seem to have pride in what they are accomplishing, and were happy to let Tim and Felicity film it. One worker let Felicity help put the last chimney pot in place, and she was gracious about it. The before and after shots were phenomenal!

I give them so much credit- it is a massive restoration, and they went into it with a plan (and back breaking work with their own hands). While they did receive grants, they use every cent they receive from Patreon for the restoration, and in just two years, have accomplished incredible progress- including a brand new heating system that works and restored ALL of their chimneys. They have fully integrated themselves into their local community, and use local craftsmen and materials. What a stark contrast to Fanny, who has earned millions of dollars from YT ad sense and Patreon, knows very little about the community she has lived in for 20 years, still has no heat, the chateau's massive structural issues have still not been corrected, has only 4 flues, but whose priority is spending $500K to restore the chapel. SMH.

I don't care if Natti was looking for "Luv" on the Net , in fact there are some men who deserve her but like you said Jeeves- lockdown !!
I do not think the Falling Down Castle really thought covid was as bad as the papers said--- especially in the beginning of it all.

I think there were many people, not just the dump crew who initially thought Covid wasn't as bad as media reported it, or hoped it wouldn't last for long or behaved like ostriches and put their heads in the proverbial sand.

Do you remember when Stephanie and her son were flying somewhere and had to take a RAT while they were in transit? She almost had a meltdown. She was taking it seriously then and I thought about bloody time.

new york via barbados, when she was doing tastemaking for christies. i don't agree with you she didn't take it seriuosly in the begining. in the spring of 2020, she was quarantening in her bedroom, only people in the chateau were isabel, selmar and bagheads. they were walking in large circles around eachother even when on the garden.

If they do eat decent meat it's because it's bought by friends or guests... Dana, the NZ guy with the big steaks, Her food seems to have deteriorated over the years.

Agreed. The finish is exquisite. The before and after drone shots of the exterior are quite breathtaking. In his book Tim says that the tradesman are as invested in the restoration as what he and Felicity are.
