I haven’t been clicking with a lot of the nominees but they’re not exactly a complete shock - plenty of them have had a lot of radio play

Same, ours focus on how tit UK music scene, is our best Raye. Like she’s had a great year but not at the level of the international stars in this country

Am I being harsh saying I don’t want to see politics involved? I appreciate people want to have their say about issues that are important to them but is the Brits the place to do it ?

I feel torn about it, it was great when people did it off the cuff and when Dave did his performance a few years ago I thought that was amazing but the rehearsed speeches from the people giving out the awards doesn’t work.

We switched on part way through Raye’s performance and genuinely thought she was a (poor) Amy Winehouse tribute act. Though admittedly we’re probably not her demographic.
Enjoyed the guy in the slippers though.
