Does menopause make you pee more,Jesus when I’m out shopping I have to have toilet stops planned.

Peeing isn't my problem luckily but these hot flushes are driving me nuts!

In my experience yes I've gone from being a camel to pissy polly also have to get up several times a night for a Pee

Hope so it’s annoying,when I go shopping I have a pee map,Wetherspoons,then the chippy,they no me so I can walk in.
So piss stops do my shop then home for a piss.
