The Anna Edit #27 - Even her comment section is edited

Fascinating to see Anna pushing Coach, they are really starting to trend and greedy influencers will see there is serious money to be made for a bag that is in that sweet spot of versatility and cost, particularly with Christmas around the corner. I guess you can’t keep bringing in £35k per month if you show a vintage Celine week in week out.
fyi ‘Mary’s Room’ on YouTube has video on the current bag trends and talks through the new interest in Coach.

Agree with the hair comments, it’s also just such an embarrassing carbon copy of Alison Bornsteins hair style. A good stylist helps you find YOUR style, Alisons disciples just seem to want to be her. Reminds me of the 2000s celeb stylist Rachel Zoe, all her clients morphed into the same person to the point they were called Zoebots.

off topic but I love Mary's Room!! such a great channel

Does anyone else think Anna might be a bit acoustic? The way she has hyperfixations, obsessive ADHD like tendencies, her vlogs are just inconherent long rambles in her house to the camera about ridiculous things like buying a pair of loafers to wear around the house and what else she wants to add to her shopping list

she seems to have very limited interaction with the outside world during the week- even poor Ralph seems to be baby sat by her parents the vast majority of the time…

Come on. You see 30 minutes of her day in a whole week, and while yes she's a bit of a home body and shops a lot, it is neither productive nor NORMAL to be like, could this person who I know nothing about be developmentally challenged? What an insane insane thing to say or ponder over in a public forum.
Edited to add: Influencer culture bothers me just as much as everyone else on this site, but this particular vlog and on some other occasions Anna constantly mentions their friends coming over to stay, spending time with friends, or her family. Just because they're not plastered over her socials or in her vlog doesn't mean they don't exist. Anna's just private, and wants her content to be: waitrose, clothes, loafers, maybe the 3 makeup products she uses. This is just content. Not her developmental status.

It's a gossip forum. Stop policing other people's observations.

Having ADHD or autism does not equal being 'developmentally challenged'.
Hope this helps.
What the duck is "policing" an observation anyway? It's barely an observation.

Being neurodivergent has nothing to do with being developmentally challenged. What an ableist take. Just because you googled it doesn't make it true. I guess you've never heard of it being a spectrum?

Not that I agree with the OP either.

She just asked a question!? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Honestly, I don't think Anna is neurodivergent. I think she's just so utterly boring that she has to latch on to things for a bit of excitement and digs her feet in because what else does she have to do? She's incredibly mediocre, and is being rewarded for it, so there's no incentive to actually be creative or insightful or set herself apart from the hundreds of other bland and boring influencers/self-proclaimed stylists. She lacks depth. I mean, does she hear herself talking about "kind of nice home loafers"?!? Absolutely ridiculous.

What's really been grinding my gears is her taking advantage of her "fans" by affiliate linking EVERYTHING under the guise of being helpful or an expert.

I mean, I get why you would try to put whatever diagnose at Anna when you see her current state. But if you knew her as Vivienne does makeup it’s pretty clear that she started her massive decline when she branded as Anna Edit. That’s when her content started to shift and become less (not that less is in any way harming the audience) and less regular. She slowly phased out everything personal, as well as colours. Her bathroom Reno in the flat was already pure expensive trend following. And we all know how terrible their house decision/reno is going.
But she did have friends and was out quite a bit, seemed to enjoy being out and meeting new people and travel. Completely ordinary but nice. No hyper fixation (apart from the grey ash boots and the purple dressing gown- which is kind of iconic to me).

RIP to the purple dressing gown 😂

Her current beige linen dress gown really is a metaphor for her decline. Decline in vibrancy, structure, comfort!
