Any OG Terrie followers remember when she fell off her bike in Sydney?? She made this massive song and dance about it, refused to show her face on camera for weeks, made it out like she has been permanently disfigured through some sort of horrific accident… she eventually came back on, had a tiny scar on her lip from it… I remember thinking is this girl not supposed to be a nurse?! To think of things she must see on the wards, I’m sure she even worked on plastics at one stage, people with actual life threatening and life changing injuries… she made out like her life was over… she’s been at this since the start, the carry on of her is unbelievable.
Oh yeah , I had forgotten about that. It was very much "my beautiful face has been disfigured" kinda vibes but wouldn't come on camera. And then when she did, you couldn't even see the scar. There's definetly a screw loose there somewhere. Even her launch of the boots, I watched maybe two or three stories because I cannot cope with listening to her breathless gasping or look at the wide eyed manic face and hear about how she can't believe she's on launching something she's beyooonnnnndddd passionate about and wondering if this is real life blah blah blah........save it Terror we've heard it all before!!!

Just to continue on.....

Munchausen's syndrome is a psychological disorder where someone pretends to be ill or deliberately produces symptoms of illness in themselves.

Their main intention is to assume the "sick role" so that people care for them and they are the centre of attention.

I think this is a bit of a stretch... Munchausen's syndrome is a very serious condition that ruins lives. It's like an addiction that they need to do it constantly. I think Terrie is an attention seeker, but I don't think it would be fair on people/families suffering with Munchausens to say that she has this!

I remember years ago when she came on and said she had the flu but was doing her makeup. I’m not a nurse and know the different between a cold and a flu. I wrote to her and said you have a Cold and she went mad hahah. I’ve had the flu. Had to get a swab to confirm it and didn’t know my arse from my elbow for 9 days.
Same.. Like thought I was going to die.. Fell asleep on the floor in my house, my partner had to out me in the car and bring me to a and e

It's a bit tongue in cheek 🤷‍♀️

Was watching selling sunset on Netflix and Terri is just copying Christine Quinn after the baby. Back working m, wearing revealing clothes, meeting people for lunch/coffees. Wanting the praise for “bouncing back!” Saw so many similarities between them - both emergency sections too.

Ive no examples, but Id imagine people with Munchausen's synd prob dont start off with "Ive cancer" or whatever, they prob start small with exaggeration, like abnormal cells to cancer and then increase the mysths/lies etc. Id imagine there is a build up is what Im trying to say.

also very confused, maybe I misheard T saying on her stories that she was struggling to get a bouncer upstairs but obv she wasnt lifting it that D was but she was still struggling to get it up the stairs. very confused.

I just wanted to come on here and vent a little, a recent new mum myself after a section, and came across Terri tonight on instagram, decide to have a look through...im completely baffled and ended up feeling like shite, how does a new mum do all that! I was lucky to get dressed never mind a blow dry 😅 so unrealatable and making other mum feel like crap ☹

DO NOT let her make you feel like crap!!!!! You have brought a human into the world, it's bloody hard. I actually don't know what to say about Terrie anymore she couldn't be less relatable. It's normal to not know which way is up for the first few months. Don't mind her!!!

You wouldn’t lift a bouncer from room to room!! Note the the swipe up! It was an ad, as if her husband couldn’t lift a bouncer 😩

I also recently had a section. Her depection is not reality- see my previous rant/post.

She's an absolute joke and don't let any of her tit burst your bubble x

I’ve had multiple sections - with fairly textbook recovery. So I’m very much aware of the challenges around them & the recovery process while minding a baby and older children.
I worry that Terrie has given off an unrealistic expectation that could influence another mother to be to opt for this as a choice. It’s still major surgery and sometimes sets you on a certain path for follow on deliveries.
I can see she tries to balance out the super mum persona with the ‘3am club’ struggle but it comes off disingenuous (to me anyway)

100%!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

It's serious serious surgery, (obviously nothing serious to a life saving operation) but in terms of the type of surgery. She's Acting like it's all singing and all dancing. I stopped pain relief y'day issued to me from hospital and i genuinely would have committed murder to get more!
